In July, a second new life with a name inspired by En101 was brought into this world. Ruth Julien Sutanto, a baby girl, was born to Lylys Wisal, S.E., and Dr. Tedy Sutanto, one of the company’s valued representatives. Her middle name, Julien, is a combination of her birth month, July, and En101 – the “en” at the end. Never has a company been so blessed to have such dedication from its members. Each day shows us the impact we have on people around the world. It blew our minds to have Enia named for the company, and it seems that the bonds we have constructed with our members grow stronger by the day.

En101's Payment Plan...
To those of you who may not have received our e-mail that addressed the issue of the RUMOR about us changing our payment plan, we would like to clear up the misunderstanding:
WE ARE NOT changing our payment plan.
We would NEVER change something so important without telling everybody well before we ever did.
We ALWAYS want to reward you for your efforts as well as possible and that was the goal of our payment plan in the first place... but we would never want to change it in any manner that pays you any less or makes it harder to be rewarded.
IN FACT, WE DO NOT plan on changing our payment plan at all!
We hope that clears up the confusion about that.
Also, we would like to clear up any confusion about our Paysteps:
How you earn a paystep seems clear to most of you, but what we may not have made clear enough is what determines the amount of a paystep, so here:
When you sell a 6-month package, US $25 goes into the company-wide bonus pool, and when you sell a 1-year package, US $60 goes into the bonus pool.
So if we only sold 6-month packages, it would start to pull the full paystep amount slightly one way, and all 1-year packages would start to pull the paystep amount the other way.
But we sell both, so as always, you get to determine your own pay by how you sell and what you sell. Also keep in mind that someone does not necessarily earn a paystep with every package sold, so the more packages sold in general (either 6-month OR 1-year) will always bring the paystep amount up.

Since our education has made its way into the mainstream, with sales being made to schools and institutions around the globe, we have had many suggestions about having an "education only" website that does not make mention of our incredible business opportunity. Even though we have the greatest opportunity in the world, there is a time and a place for a business opportunity. So, we have actually "split" the sites... You now have a .com and a .biz website.
So, if your website name is "myname.en101.com", then your business website name will be "myname.en101.biz" (the same name with en101.biz instead of en101.com).
You have a choice... you can choose to "show" or "don't show" the business opportunity on your .com website.
NOTE: If you have been advertising your website with the business opportunity, nothing will change - your .com website already shows the business opportunity.
However, if you would like to "not show" the business opportunity on your .com website, and would like to promote the education only from your .com website:
1. Login to your Business Center
2. From the left menu (under tools), click Set .com / .biz
3. Under Show Business Content, choose NO if you do not wish to show the business content on your .com website.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose NOT to show the business content, you will send potential PARTNERS (reps) to your .biz website so they WILL see the business opportunity, and potential STUDENTS (customers only) to your .com website where they WILL NOT see the business opportunity.

En101 Corporate Offices | A New School in Singapore
Singapore leaders are taking a strategic twist against Traditional MLM practice – they have established the EHSS Language & Business School in the heart of Singapore to further support the teaching of languages through EN101 for merely US $10.75 a month, or US $0.35 a day. The location of the school will soon prove successful in reaching out to tourists from around the world, and inspire the opening of schools in underdeveloped countries. These schools will offer free language education while helping the poor earn additional income. Team competitions will take place to see if the Blues or the Reds will win the hearts of tourists for bringing home the special gift - EN101.com.
At the opening ceremony held on September 29, 2005, around 30 EN101 members and guests were sipping tea, discussing the next moves, or simply feeling enthusiastic about the new home. The School invited Paul Mandelt, President of EN101, to grace the occasion. Paul, followed by Singapore leaders Edwin, Johnson, and Dennis, spoke candidly on what lies ahead for EN101 as well as the fact that it has exceeded the set annual target of 40,000 members in slightly over 7 months. This fact alone has convinced Singapore leaders that EN101 has progressed from the startup phase to the growth phase. In response to a question on Mandarin translation, Paul informed all of a professional center with 80+ English-Mandarin translators that has been put in place. If all things go well, Paul hinted the Mandarin lessons could well be a great surprise Christmas gift to many.
